Airplay and autonomic:

Airplay, being a wi-fi based protocol which sources music from a users mobile device is really not robust enough for use as a primary music source for prolonged music playback in a multi-room environment. Signal strength, WAP hand-offs, wireless interference from other devices and competing traffic all impact the reliability of Airplay over extended periods of time.

It is offered as a convenience for occasional use, or for guests, but customers should be encouraged to consider on-box streaming solutions such as iTunes content, Pandora or Spotify as a more suitable alternative for day to day prolonged music listening.
