Telnet into the server IP address
If the unit truly has a password. This field will state that a Login is required and a login command is needed.
Enter "xyzzy" 3 times and you will get "Nothing happens..." twice. The third message will say "There are some keys on the ground here.". This mean the login has been disabled.
Type "get" to get an output of the servers configuration.
Search for the "Remote" field and the User and Password lines will contain the information needed to login when the config page requests one. Give the password and user information to your user/dealer and remind them to remove the current user and password on the first tab of the config page.
