BSN Cloud Content Upload

- When starting BrightSign connected for the first time it will display the Dashboard of your account.
- As soon as you log in it will be apparent if you have a license or not. If Content is greyed out there is no licence attached. If your content is selectable your license is activated.
- Before you start a presentation, you will need to upload content to the cloud.

Next to Content select the drop-down arrow and select upload New Media.

From the orange symbol select and the windows file location will be displayed.

Look in the location for the files you wish to upload. This is either Video or images.
- Find the best location for you to store your content in i.e. files can be called Videos, Images, or Txt files.

To find you media go to the Content, select the drop-down arrow and select Content Library. In here you save your media files in your own file or in a shared file.
- Once you have selected your file to upload this will be displayed at the top of the page. You can select more files to upload.

Once you are happy with your selection, go to the bottom of the page and select ADD CONTENT TO FOLDER, then select the location you would like to store your files.
- If you hover over any image at the top, it will display a Bin. You can delete your reselection any time.

Once you have selected all your files that you would like to upload at this time, select
- This will now upload all files you selected. These are now stored in the cloud for all presentations that are being used.
Note: if an image or Video is being used by a presentation, you will not be able to delete this, it will have padlock on it to show its in use.
