To enter the factory mode on an AVA remote, press the power and volume up buttons together when turning on the device (this is the standard for all Android devices). From this menu you can do numerous things, such as factory resetting the device ad system tests.

If your remote has booted into the factory menu by mistake, you can undo this by holding the power button down until the remote turns off; turn the device back on with by holding down the power button.
