ActiveSQX - Jitter & Caching

Changing Jitter/caching values in WallControl10.

Open WC10 client and click on the Active Window you want to change. This should bring up a menu on the left, click on the ‘instance’ tab to expose the jitter /caching values.

Generally, we would advise changing both to the same value.

We can’t really advise on the value you should set, but I would probably start by reducing or increasing by 500ms and monitoring.

This will need to be done for each window – then remember to resave the layout to maintain the changes after a layout change / refresh:
