This can be done by pressing the input button on the front of the unit and selecting with input with the dial (as shown in the above image).
Step 2
Open the Google Home app, Select the home that you want to add your MRX/AVM to. If it is your first time using Google Home, you will have set up your Home separately before doing this.

Step 3
Once you have selected your Home, the app will then search for and connect to your MRX/AVM (if Google Home does not find anything, refer to Step 1).

A test chime will now through the MRX/AVM with speakers connected. Make sure that the input on the MRX/AVM is set to Streaming (This should have been done in step 1).

Step 6
Choose the room where you want to assign your MRX/AVM. There will be a default list to choose from; you can also set up a custom room.

Step 7
You will also be asked to choose which Wi-Fi network to add the MRX/AVM to, to which you will be asked to choose a network (this can be skipped if your MRX/AVM is on an Ethernet connection.

Step 8
You will then be asked if you want to link your MRX/AVM to your Google account (this is optional).

Your MRX/AVM is now set up and will be listed under the selected room in your Google Home App. You should now be able to cast music from the streaming app of your choice.

Should you need to locate the IP address of your AVM/MRX unit, press the Menu button on the front of the unit, and use the dial to scroll down to Network/Control.
