Attached here you will find product-specific guides (6-off, PDF format) to the completion of Samsung LED RMA requests and associated application forms (3-off, MS-Word format)
Note the 'Repair Guidelines' on front cover of each process that specify what qualifies as a warranty repair if not reported as an out-of-box failure
Example: "R(off&dim)+B(off&dim)>3, G(off&dim)" means if more than 3 Red or Blue pixels are dim or off OR ANY Green pixels, then this would be regarded as a valid warranty claim (assuming not physical damage)
'Out-of-box' failures must be reported before installation of components into a display. Once a cabinet or module has been fitted this is deemed acceptance and no longer qualifies as 'out-of-box' (Note: cabinets can be powered up and checked for pixel defects before installation and it is at this stage such faults must be recorded and quarantined. Proceeding with installation = acceptance of the product. Pre-installation testing is covered in installation guide and Samsung accredited training courses.
