LCD Monitor - 3 Year On-site pick-up and return warranty
Signage 3 Year On-site pick-up and return warranty, and warranty uplift (up to 5-yr in total) is available through deal registration.
IFP 2-3 Year On-site pick-up and return warranty, and warranty uplift (up to 5-yr in total) is available through deal registration.
Projector 1-3 year On-site pick-up and return warranty depending on model
For RMA process, please perform basic inspection (check for physical damage) and collect the relevant information, including SN, DOP and email them to bqauservice@benq.com on your reseller’s behalf.
